Pamela graduated with Honours from the University of Queensland in dentistry in 1999. She was awarded the Mary Moffat Memorial Prize for Undergraduate Orthodontics.
She completed her Masters in Orthodontics at the University of Queensland in 2004, has published papers on retention (the period after orthodontic treatment to prevent unwanted teeth movement) and written in an orthodontic textbook.
Apart from working in the private orthodontic practices, Pamela has been a Clinical Supervisor in the undergraduate orthodontic program at the Dental School, the  University of Queensland and working at the Children’s Oral Health Services, Royal Children’s Hospital since 2004.
Pamela is a member of the Australian Dental Association and the Australian Society of Orthodontists.
She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Pamela is married and has two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, eating and travelling.
